An initiative of Raj Bhavan to promote Tamil among the youth with non Tamil mother tongues including incentives to North Indian students' visit to Tamil Nadu for immersive experience in Tamil language and culture. Students with Hindi mother tongue amazingly experienced conversing with ease in Tamil at their interaction with Governor. Governor hailed their linguistic prowess and distributed them Thirukkural Book (Hindi Translation). Governor encouraged them to pursue higher studies in Tamil literature in Tamil Nadu and offered needed fellowship.
