The celebration highlighted Bharat’s timeless tradition of yoga as a path to holistic health and as a vital link between individual well-being and planetary harmony. Governor Ravi demonstrated key yoga practices and shared deeper insights with the participants. He urged the youth to embrace yoga as a lifelong companion on their journey toward personal growth and excellence.
