R.N.Ravi, Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu and Tmt.Laxmi Ravi, First Lady of Tamil Nadu along with the people from various walks of life and Lok Bhavan family celebrated Pongal Peruvizha-2026 Festival at Lok Bhavan, Chennai - 08.01.2026. Pongal Peruvizha – 2026 was celebrated at Lok Bhavan, Chennai, with festive spirit and cultural fervour, drawing participation from across sections of society, including farmers, fishers, weavers, Tamil scholars, spiritual leaders, youth, civil society members, and representatives of tribal communities. Traditional art forms, folk music, and dance echoed the joy of Pongal, the richness of our timeless Tamil traditions, and a collective heritage celebrated across generations.
